Qigong course instructor training

Qigong group education

In collaboration with renowned Qigong masters from China, the Qigong Institute Switzerland has for several years conducted a comprehensive Qigong Instructor Training program in Switzerland. This program offers interested practitioners the opportunity to learn directly from authentic teachers who bring decades of experience and profound knowledge to the training. Numerous participants have already gained valuable experience through this framework, reporting a noticeable deepening of their own practice as well as a clear methodical foundation that they can apply in their future teaching activities.

Qigong course instructor education in Switzerland

To this end, the Qigong Institute has created a unique and carefully developed curriculum that combines the traditional wisdom of Qigong with modern didactic methods. The aim of the training is to convey the essence of this millennia-old practice to participants in a way that allows them to not only understand the underlying principles theoretically but also to internalize them through practice. Through clearly structured modules, intensive practice phases, and individual guidance, the learning process is accelerated and sustainably deepened.

Holistic Qigong Curriculum

Particular emphasis is placed on personal potential development: participants learn to cultivate their own energy and inner clarity, allowing them to elevate their practice to a higher level while simultaneously becoming empowered to guide others competently. This results in a training program that supports both individual transformation and provides the professional foundation for a responsible teaching career.

Growing Calm

We teach Medical Zhineng Qigong according to Dr. Pang Ming. Zhineng Qigong is a form developed in the 1980s that integrates the essence of numerous Qigong lineages from various disciplines (including Daoist, Buddhist, Confucian, martial arts, and TCM knowledge). Compared to other well-known styles, Zhineng Qigong is undoubtedly one of the most effective forms of Qigong in China. In 1997, following a nationwide evaluation, the National Chinese Expert Group officially recommended Zhineng Qigong as the number one of all Qigong lineages. Furthermore, Zhineng Qigong Levels I and II are part of the standard textbook at the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine
