Fasten Qigong.

"Es war drin, was drauf stand": Healing from the self-aware state Mingjue; Learn, practice, integrate, share.

Mingjue Praxis ist mein Path of Love.

Spinal Qigong
I thought it was great that we could read and see the exercises on screen, the effects were explained, these materials were sent to us, and suggestions were actually implemented. Thank you so much! What I took away from this: Keep at it. Mental power is so important! Caring for the spine contributes greatly to our health. I feel significantly better after the seminar, both physically and mentally. Small groups, personalized instruction, opportunities to ask questions, and attention is paid to correct execution, a combination of practice and theory. Materials that help you remember the exercises.

Spinal Qigong
It was a good mix of theory and practice; the second day was important for me to consolidate my knowledge. The most important thing I took away from the seminar was what it means to work with Qigong; the difference between Qigong exercises and La Qi. I feel better both physically and mentally. I can recommend the seminar because, for me, this type of Qigong goes far beyond what I've known before.

Meditation Course 2025 - Mingjue
Superb personality, great transition between methods and theory, very rapid learning progress, superb translation work, heartfelt thanks to everyone, and a heartfelt thanks to you for bringing this very valuable offering to Switzerland. The most important topics for me are: 1. Inner clarification regarding alignment with the inner self, 2. Fundamental inner cleansing processes, 3. New behavioral options when the atmosphere in my environment is tense. I'm experiencing very rapid learning progress.

A very powerful Qi field, very healing effects. I felt and understood the methods demonstrated and can apply them independently. It was very exciting to be on the move with a live group in the process of healing. I am very impressed by the profound healing effect of the method. I learned about and applied an effective healing method with a significant learning effect in a short time. A big compliment to Stephan's calm, confident translation; it's very pleasant when it allows you to fully concentrate on the course content.

Healing Online Seminar
The buildup of the Qi field was enormous and so palpable. The universal, pure, primal Qi has built me up; I feel a connection with it and use it regularly.
The fact that there are so many of us is also great. I had few expectations. I learned new things; even just opening and closing can achieve a lot.
It was a challenge for me to meditate for over an hour with little movement. I'm not used to this.

Qigong Introduction
The time frame (long lunch break) and the option of participating online were prerequisites for me to participate. You both feel that you live what you teach, which is wonderful and captivating, gives hope and confidence. I could feel the energy very well in most of the exercises. It was a very appropriate alternation between theory and practice. You two complement each other extremely well for a seminar like this. The explanations and metaphors during the physical exercises were also very important and helpful for me (gathering Qi, why not only opening but also closing is important, the Qi ocean in which my organs swim joyfully freely...). Your positive charisma was also very beautiful and contagious. I have experience with QiGong and visualizing feelings, meditation, etc. But access to it had been lost or very limited over the last 1.5 years. The seminar opened it up again. Thank you so much for that! Although I was only able to participate online, I clearly felt the energy during many of the exercises, and in some cases even saw it. This experience and its direct positive physical impact were and are extremely valuable.
Even from a physically desolate state, I was able to achieve calm and a state of energy, which also gave me new confidence in possible improvements/changes in my overall condition.
The most amazing – and most profound – effect was the mental exercise (being guided through the body in connection with the Dao/Qi) at the beginning of the second day.

Spinal Qigong
I feel significantly better after the seminar, both mentally and physically.
I encountered Qigong through a person whom I always perceived as very "bright" or even "luminous." So it was clear: this was the path. I came to the institute because, after a long search online, I eventually found a Qigong course that felt "right." ;)
The three most important points I took away:
i) Mindfulness in every moment. Not just mentally, but also physically mindful. Keep your spine straight while standing, sitting, everywhere. :)
ii) Always retain a part of mindfulness -> resilience, serenity, calm.
iii) Qi flows through everything and is even more subtle than the quantum world.
The theoretical part was so exciting and important, I wasn't aware of it. I will delve deeper into it in the future.

Qigong Introduction
Clear structure, a pleasant transition between theory and practice, the instructor's inspiring and empathetic presence, and enriching group discussions - even during lunchtime.
1. Self-confidence is essential for self-empowerment through conscious energy work.
2. Engaging with Qi through regular practice.
3. Prioritizing mindfulness in my daily life.
It is very impressively demonstrated how system-relevant external dependencies can be reduced by consciously activating one's own energy potential.

Qigong Introduction
I really liked the cheerful approach paired with the high level of expertise. The energy is immediately tangible and can be experienced. The instructions are incredibly good. Highly recommended.
Primal Qi is even more powerful than quantum Qi.
Qi brings life and strength; I felt that clearly.
The exercises can be integrated into everyday life for a positive effect.
The seminar is very authentic, practical, and contains a lot of good theory. Furthermore, the content is up-to-date.

About the introductory seminar in February 2023
What I liked best was how much heart and deep inner conviction Dr. Wang led the seminar. At times, I experienced profound inner peace. My three most important points:
- Moving from the vastness to the inner depth.
- Certainty that healing comes from within us through awareness.
- Active connection with the outer Qi is possible as a source of strength.
The combination of meditation, visualization, and conscious bodywork resonated with me.
Thank you very much for your commitment. I am sure that this work will help many people to find themselves more and to believe in themselves and their own inner healing powers. This is something this world desperately needs.

Qigong Introduction
Qi's joy in Qigong is truly contagious and captivating. The theoretical foundations are exciting and very well structured. The Qigong sequences in between bring the whole thing into a harmonious, addictive flow.
The wonderful, light body feeling, inner peace, and the sense of connection with everything resonate and make you aware that there truly is a gateway to universal power, healing, joy, and well-being.
I feel richly blessed! I took away from the seminar a wonderful sense of body and emotional balance. The confirmation of a personal perception that filled me with great joy. And the knowledge that this path, with simple means, leads to ever greater freedom and health. I highly recommend the seminar. It is logically and excitingly structured and provides a deeper understanding of Chinese culture and the roots of Qigong. Furthermore, the long-lasting, extremely pleasant, and soothing body feeling is one of the best I've ever experienced...

Feedback on the Morschach Fasting Retreat
I was able to learn about many backgrounds and connections from a different perspective. I felt well looked after at all times. Fasting encourages and brings awareness to (new) dimensions of perception. The three Qi meals were helpful. The participants were taken into consideration. Respect and love characterized the seminar. An interesting experience that I would gladly repeat on another occasion!

Fasting Qigong Morschach
The location and the surrounding nature made it easy to immerse yourself quickly. Dr. Wang is, as always, a very competent teacher, both technically and in practice, and this is so credible that you enjoy following along and don't develop inner resistance. The complete focus on Qigong and fasting was helpful. For me personally, for physical reasons, it was a bit too intense; you have to be able to walk or stand for several hours. You do have the opportunity to sit down sometimes, but not really. If you don't practice regularly, it's quite demanding, but afterwards you are rewarded with a great sense of stillness in your mind. My expectations were absolutely met, as I did it online once. I can recommend the seminar, because the difference with Dr. Wang is that she understands both theory and practice and is also a medical doctor. This means she has much more knowledge and can recommend a synthesis of the various approaches.

Fasting Qigong (online)
I really enjoyed Dr. Wang's experience, the continuity of the meditations, and the new insights into nutrition in general. I wasn't there for the introduction, but I watched it online and found the theory portion very good. I would have perhaps liked more regular attention to nutrition even after the fasting period; however, I know that time for that was limited. I found it very difficult to repeat these exercises so often, and they often drained my patience and perseverance. But I did the best I could. I think the N-tone meditation is very helpful. My mental well-being has improved, and my physical well-being has improved considerably. I had no expectations for the seminar and didn't assume I would adhere to the fast, but my expectations were exceeded in this regard – I wasn't hungry. I can recommend this seminar because it's a new form that is associated with introspection rather than extrospection, as many people are distracted by exercise and external things. That doesn't work here, you look inside yourself.

Fasting Qigong (online)
I am a complete Qigong beginner and attended the course without great expectations. I am very happy that I lost a significant amount of weight (a total of 5 kg) in the two-week Qigong fasting course and have been able to maintain this weight so far. I am also pleasantly surprised that the 7-day water-only fast is actually quite manageable, especially with the Qigong classes, where meals with Qi are replaced with breathing exercises. I really liked the theoretical information, as it was useful later on when practicing the breathing exercises. Wang Qi also contacts me every time before the breathing exercises begin to answer questions about fasting and the physical reactions to it. I can relate to the answers because I have experienced some of these physical reactions myself. I also really enjoyed the late-night meditation sessions, as they help me fall asleep! I followed the instructions to end the fast with soup on days 8 and 9. From day 10 onward, I ate two normal meals a day (albeit lower in calories), as the breathing exercises continued in the morning (and the Qi thus served as a meal replacement). My experience was quite tolerable, but it does require a certain amount of discipline to participate in the morning breathing exercises every morning. My only expectation was to lose weight, and this was very well met! I'm also experiencing greater clarity of mind, although this clarity of mind was harder to measure, but I consider it a bonus. I've found myself being more patient with things I would normally have expended energy on, but which wasn't conducive to me now. I highly recommend this fasting qigong to friends, having experienced the changes myself! I will suggest at least one or two sessions where participants can meet in person (outdoors) and have Wang Qi guide the breathing exercises to ensure they are performed correctly from the start. I understand that we are in COVID times, and therefore this course will be held online by default. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to the opportunity to get to know the other participants in person. If this course could be held both in Chinese and in person (after the COVID period), I think it would be very popular! I would like to thank Wang Qi for the support and knowledge gained from this course, and I will use it regularly to maintain my physical and mental health.

Fasting Qigong (online)
I found it very interesting to rediscover my body, mind, and soul in this way! I reached my limits and was amazed at how well the group Qigong classes helped me! It was my second time doing Fasting Qigong with Qi! This time I found it more intense; I was able to engage more with everything and was very alert! The first few days were very painful (my house is in dire need of renovation), but it got better, and thanks to Qi and Qigong, I was able to cope better every day! It was helpful to have additional support during the subsequent week of the build-up phase. I can definitely recommend Fasting Qigong. Even though the event was held online, I felt a sense of connection with the other participants and, of course, with Qi! I felt very well looked after, even during the periods of uncertainty.

Qigong Teacher Training
I recently completed the Zhineng Qigong Teacher Training Level 1. Before that, I completed a teacher training course in traditional Qigong. With the intention of refining Qi, the life energy, and becoming more aware of it in the body, I decided to complete this training at the Qi Wang Qigong Institute. The program consisted of an introductory seminar and various seminars with Qigong masters from China. Although I already knew quite a bit about Qigong, I found it interesting to learn more about the theory of Zhineng Qigong. Understanding Qi and its dimensions requires both theory and practice, which was implemented in the weekly practice sessions. I found the balance between theory and practical exercises very good. The exercises were a bit strenuous at first, but with more practice and knowledge, they gradually improved. It was also interesting that they are different from traditional Qigong exercises, yet I can easily integrate both variations into my own teaching.
Although the seminars and practice sessions were conducted via Zoom, I felt fully integrated and in good hands with Qi Wang and the Chinese masters. It wasn't at all anonymous or distant. Rather, it was very personal. There was always a lively and exciting exchange. I not only learned a lot about Zhineng Qigong, but also about Chinese culture and philosophy, and I was able to reflect on my own life's transformational phases. In this sense, the training is also a personal development experience, as long as you're willing to engage with it and reflect on yourself. The Chinese teachers, especially Master Xu, are very competent, have a wealth of knowledge, and combine this wonderfully with Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. The exercise instructions are also easy to implement, and the needs of the students are taken into account.
What I'm sure I'll take away, among other things, is that I teach more mindfully, am more aware of the Qi within myself, and can therefore better communicate it to my own groups. Therefore, my thanks go to Qi Wang and Stephan for these insightful months. I can definitely recommend the training, even for in-depth study.

Qigong Introduction
A good balance between theory and practice. Comprehensive explanation of Qi and the special branch of Zhineng Qi. Practical instructions and symbolism for aligning the body. Dr. Pang's health aspect. For me, the most important aspects of the seminar:
1. The philosophical background and significance of Qi.
2. The method of Zhineng Qi and the health aspect.
3. Practical instructions for Qi exercises.
My expectations were fully met. I wanted to learn about the special branch of Zhineng Qi. I highly recommend the seminar. Qi is explained comprehensively.

Qigong Introduction
It was a great mix of theory, background knowledge, and, especially on the second day, a lot of practice and exercises. It was wonderful to feel the enthusiasm for Qi; your joy and humor (and, of course, your very broad knowledge of medicine and QiGong) made this seminar a fantastic experience. And I will continue with QiGong!! Thank you very much, and see you soon. What I took away from the seminar was that 1) I now have access to the infinite (?) resource of Qi 2) I know some simple and powerful exercises to open myself to Qi 3) the conviction that Zinehng QiGong is something very effective and healthy.
I now know what QiGong is and I can continue practicing it myself. Participating in the online sessions will help me integrate Qigong into my life. I can recommend this introduction without reservation. I've already told my colleagues about it...

Qigong Seminar with Master Xu: Heaven-Earth Attunement
I really enjoyed Teacher Xu's lively style of teaching and the clarity of his explanations. I was able to improve my standing column posture, as well as the explanations of heaven and the factors of relationships. The balance between theory and practice was generally good – however, at times the lectures were too long for me, and I would have preferred shorter practice sessions in between. I definitely recommend this seminar.

Qigong Seminar with Master Xu: Heaven-Earth-Becoming One
A very good combination of theory and practice, and the clarification of examples and Xu Laoshi, who lives and radiates the values. The seminars with him radiate deep into my heart and always touch me deeply. Thank you. I have a deeper understanding of what Qigong means. Courage for the future, both for myself and for the further development of society. Specifically: "how I learn to love myself" and thus also to practice the exercises step by step – even in everyday life.

Great group therapy/very detailed introduction to the feeling of Qi in the body and a completely new relationship with the Standing Pillar, but also with Qigong as a whole/deeper understanding of Heaven-Earth-Human Oneness. The balance between theory and practical exercises was very balanced and good. I can absolutely recommend this Qigong seminar. Teacher Xu is very enthusiastic, experienced, and lively. Qi is great and always friendly and relaxed in her translations.

Seminar with Master Xu: Heaven-Human Becoming One
I really enjoyed the structure of the seminar and the topic. The theory and exercises were very well balanced. I was able to gain very deep insights into my life and my interpersonal relationships. Many blockages on a physical level were released. However, I feel that it is much more profound, and some phenomena will certainly emerge in the coming days after this seminar. I received some confirmation and was also able to deepen and relearn many things. The group healing was very intense, and the practice and theory of the standing pillar of Heaven-Human Becoming One are very valuable to me. The most important points I took away from the seminar are:
- To practice the standing pillar exercise with newfound ease in order to deeply cleanse myself of all external influences.
- To further optimize my inner Feng Shui for myself.
- To give healing to others so that my healing can take place.
The content of this seminar is an absolute enrichment for all Zhineng Qigong practitioners who would like to delve deeper into the theories. Master Xu imparts his knowledge in a very beautiful and understandable way, and through the very strong Qi field, much of the information is transmitted directly—even without words.

Fasting Qigong Seminar at the Ländli Hotel in Oberägeri
I really liked the well-thought-out structure and process, as well as all the explanations I received. I found myself comfortable with it relatively quickly. I have previous experience with fasting; I've already practiced Zen meditation with fasting with a Benedictine monk. We practiced mindfulness there, but without universal energy.
The seminar was very intense for me because I soon realized that it's not just about food for me. I appreciated the free time to process and reflect again and again. I'm very grateful for these experiences. I'm still processing them.

Fasting Qigong Seminar at the Ländli Hotel in Oberägeri
I found it a very interesting experience. Initially, I went through intense and at times painful physical processes, and I feel like the self-healing process was stimulated in some areas. I was also amazed that one can live well for a week with hot water and Qi. Of course, there were intense phases, but I wasn't really that hungry. My body also feels cleansed. As a result, I'm now more mindful of my diet. I also feel very clearly which foods my body accepts and which are completely out of the question. Appreciation, mindfulness, and gratitude for my body have developed and deepened. I've been doing intermittent fasting twice a week for about a year. I found the schedule good, but also sufficient. It was also good that the evening meditation was optional. Instead of an evening meditation or before, it would have been nice to sit together for a while and exchange ideas. Without shared meals, there's less social interaction. But that's also up to the participants themselves, of course. I can recommend the seminar. It's well organized. A good balance between practice and theory, and, most importantly, no pressure. You can fast, but you don't have to, and if it's too strenuous, you can stop fasting and still stay in the seminar or participate.

This idyllic location for this demanding work contributed greatly to my recovery. I was able to experience the most surprising experience of my personal life here. Namely, that even at my age, one can still lose weight and feel healthy afterwards. Initially, I thought there was a lot of free time planned. As soon as the seminar began, I was glad of this set program. For me, it was ideal. My expectations were far exceeded. I never believed I could live on water and air for a week. But after the first day, I no longer felt hungry. With the fasting Qigong exercises, these food cravings disappeared immediately. It's important to remember that the goal is to achieve a full-body cleansing. This not only cleanses the digestive organs, but also heals physical and chronic pain. This is achieved in a way that would have taken days or weeks under medical supervision. You can unload so much baggage in the process. The effect on the psyche is indescribable. Hao La... I can certainly recommend this seminar. Because the director is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of conventional medicine, TCM, psychiatry, and, of course, Qigong. I sincerely hope that my enthusiasm for my new body shape and the inner joy I've gained will last for a long time.

Qigong Introduction
I enjoyed the comprehensive information about Qigong combined with the exercises at the seminar – a good first impression. The most important points I took away: It's scientifically based; curiosity to physically sense and experience Qi; relaxation of the body and its impact on health.

Qigong Introduction
The entire seminar was very beneficial for me. The alternation between practice and theory was well-chosen and balanced. Before the seminar, I practiced the exercises regularly, which is good for me both physically and mentally. With the theoretical background knowledge, which was conveyed very well and in a wonderful way, the practice has taken on a much deeper form for me; a kind of "inexhaustible, previously undiscovered treasure" that the world holds for me and each of us at any time. I have discovered it. Within myself. Connection with heaven and earth, connection with all living beings, and above all, with myself. The inexhaustible power was and is tangible and gives me the certainty that it is always there when I or others especially need it. I am deeply impressed by the holistic philosophy, which I want to get to know even better with more knowledge. The practical exercises are easy to learn, even for beginners like me, and quickly showed positive effects for me. The universe holds inexhaustible Qi for us, for all of us, whenever we choose to access it. I have even more faith in this since attending the seminar. From my first appointment with Dr. Qi Wang, I became interested in Zhineng Qigong. With one simple exercise, years of sleep problems became a thing of the past.

N-Chanting Qigong Seminar
It was extremely well structured, both in terms of time and content. I followed the preparation instructions very carefully and was able to fully immerse myself in this exercise. I received a lot of valuable information, for example, about Yiyuanti and the effects of N Chanting. Teacher Xu explained it very clearly and vividly. The translation was also very good! Qi formed extremely good, strong Qi fields.
I still had resistance (pressure, physical discomfort) on Saturday, but in retrospect, I found it to be instructive. I had severe pain, but it disappeared on Sunday and hasn't occurred again or only peripherally since then. I was simply expecting to delve more deeply into this exercise and was completely open to it. I've known the exercise for a long time, but have only ever done it for half an hour at a time. I can absolutely recommend the seminar because it is an extension of the Qigong methods to something very essential, seemingly insignificant N-chanting :) In the complete simplicity and constant repetition lies the chance to break through into the presence and clarity of the eternal moment.

It worked. I followed the instructions more or less strictly, which is why I was able to experience periods of "cosmic silence" – it was energetically positive: it strengthened me! Mental clarity improved afterward. The teachers, Xu and Qi, answered all questions well and explained the practice well.

I was surprised by the detailed theory on such a simple syllable. I feel significantly better after the seminar. Although this type of meditation requires more knowledge, I was at least able to learn the basics of N-Chanting meditation in these two days. In these Qigong seminars, I have learned many methods for my physical and mental self-healing that I wouldn't want to miss. Therefore, I would recommend these seminars to everyone as a support for their well-being. Even though the class had to be held online, it was very well-led. Everyone was able to have their say via Zoom.

Introductory Course in Qigong Diagnosis and Treatment
Through the teacher's course, my interest, passion, and confidence in Qigong have significantly improved. The teacher's lectures are very captivating, and I experienced the joy of resonating on the same frequency. Master Xu directly addresses the most important and key learning points and reflects his professional experience and expertise – far beyond my expectations. I am deeply grateful to him.
I highly recommend the Swiss Qigong Academy's medical Qigong courses in collaboration with Master Xu, especially for people with medical experience, regardless of their treatment approach or methodology. Qigong therapy integrates well with and complements other treatment methods. Of course, Qigong can also be used as a standalone treatment, but this requires a process of acceptance and encouragement.
Master Xu teaches without reservation and has a deep passion for healing and helping others. His influence is incredibly powerful – he is not only a professional teacher but also a mentor for personal development.

I enjoy the state of calm and relaxation in my body. For the first time, I felt a craving for delicious food, but had to resist it. My expectations for this experience were fully met, and I achieved remarkable results. If my friends are interested, I highly recommend it. I'm happy to share my experience with others because I felt the profound effects.
I wanted to clear my mind and give my body and soul a short break. I'm not very familiar with the Qigong Academy, as I've never been exposed to Qigong before, but I believe this practice is beneficial and worth a try. At the beginning of this event, I was a bit hesitant and afraid of not being able to stick with it. However, I believe that anything with energy can bring about change, and I'm grateful for Qi's guided practice, which helped us relax and enjoy every moment.
Personally, I feel like my skin has improved, my emotions have stabilized, and even my menstrual cramps have eased. I used to have many concerns and doubts, but after this seven-day fasting retreat, all my worries and insecurities have completely disappeared

The way Master Xu led the seminar was motivating and inspiring. It was a real pleasure listening to him. I became more aware that Qigong also has a therapeutic effect on many illnesses. And learning more about the possibility of self-regulation was also very educational. So much information and depth in a mindful way completely met my expectations. I can definitely recommend this seminar, but you should already have some "Qigong knowledge." At times, I found the participants' explanations a bit too extended. Although certainly valuable, they could focus a little more on the essentials. This should apply to everyone.

Qigong Diagnosis and Therapy Seminar
It wasn't my first seminar with a Qigong master, so I was really looking forward to this training. Thanks to the detailed theory, I was able to clear up some of my uncertainties and absorb a lot of new knowledge. This new information and the guided meditations with corresponding exercises gave me deeper access to my inner self. A door opened to a completely new feeling of deeply blissful peace. I'd almost like to call it bliss. Are there even words for it? My only expectation was that I would be able to participate in the seminar despite the pain caused by my herniated disc. I am simply thrilled with the theory, presentation, and exercises. I would like to extend a huge compliment to Qi Wang. Her dedication as a translator and her great patience in answering our tireless questions are admirable. Dear Qi, thank you so much for your perseverance. I can highly recommend this seminar. Its structure is suitable for Qigong beginners as well as for enthusiastic Qigong practitioners like myself. Personal well-being, both physical and mental, is guaranteed, even if you don't practice too diligently. I still need to improve on my diligence. I've been practicing Qigong with Dr. Qi Wang for seven years, and I'm still enthusiastic. I don't know what could be improved in a seminar like this, conducted by such competent experts. What I'd still like to know: How do I get all this concentrated knowledge into my head? I know the answer myself. Practice, practice, practice...

The supportive, motivating, understanding, and benevolent nature of Master Xu and also of Qi. I clearly felt that the more I practice, the more refined all my perceptions become, and the better I get to know myself. In connection with the Universal Qi, everything becomes sooooo easy. My mental and physical well-being have both improved significantly. I would have loved to practice a bit more under Master Xu's guidance. Although the exchange of personal experiences is certainly important, it often seemed very long-winded to me. I can recommend the seminar. I consider it to be of a high standard. I have already completed the "classical" Qigong teacher training. But now I'm moving from the large to the small, or from outside to inside. Perceiving the Qi within through the development of the Qi field and the specific Zhineng Qigong exercises is enriching. You have opened another door for me and given me tools. Now it's up to me to use them. And that's a good thing. I can recommend the seminar; prior knowledge makes it easier, but you can also get involved without any prior knowledge. Did I have any expectations? If so, they were fully met by the balance between theory and practice. And it's nice to meet a teacher who puts so much heart into it, because my heart also beats for Qigong...

Qigong Seminar - Meridians
Master Wang is extremely knowledgeable, and it's always exciting to listen to a Qigong and Taiji master and learn new aspects of the life energy Qi, such as the various connections between acupuncture points and the organs, as implemented in the respective exercises. I also found the philosophical approaches interesting, and there would have been a lot to discuss, but I find this difficult online. Initially, I was a bit skeptical because it was an online course. But that quickly changed, as it went surprisingly well. Of course, I still would have liked to meet the master and the participants in person. The topic, although some of it was familiar to me and others were new, was very comprehensive and informative. Which I think is good. I can recommend the seminar because you learn a lot and can then engage with it and practice the exercises for yourself. I can well imagine that with regular practice, a physical and mental process will be set in motion. What I sometimes didn't like was that the exercises or meditations were sometimes performed halfway through and then suddenly stopped to explain something theoretical. This sometimes came across as a bit surprising, and I missed a small transition here and there. I would have preferred to have the entire theory first, perhaps explained it a little more briefly, and do more of the exercises. But that was the master's fault, and most of the exercises were performed without interruption.

Zhineng Qigong - A remedy for a healthy body/mind/soul
Thanks to Dr. Wang and Qigong, I was able to reduce my long-standing, inexplicable fears, which became more intense about four months ago and then further exacerbated by the coronavirus situation. The constant pressure in my stomach and head, among other things, and the nervous fluttering were extremely stressful and hindering for me. I didn't know what to do anymore; I didn't want to take any medication. That's when I became aware of Dr. Wang/correct breathing/Qigong. What a blessing!
After just a few therapy sessions, I felt noticeable improvement. I am much calmer inside, have regained trust and confidence, and I also feel that – in addition to the smile on my face – a smile and joy also come from my heart. That is so beautiful and very liberating for me. I regularly practice the recommended Qigong exercises, and each time I notice how good they are for my body and soul. Qigong grounds and stabilizes me, frees me from stressful thoughts, relaxes me; it's simply very beneficial for me holistically. I'm certain that, thanks to Dr. Wang's sensitive guidance and Qigong, I'm on the right path and will regain the joy of life and energy that I had completely lost due to the slowly but increasingly intense anxiety that arose. I'm so happy; Dr. Wang's instructions are very good and understandable, and Qigong is a true enrichment for me. On the path to recovery, with a tangible aid, without medication and without side effects.
I will certainly take Qigong with me as my companion at all times; it can be used anywhere and is simply soothing. I highly recommend it to everyone; it also broadens the mind and sets you free. I wouldn't want to miss it anymore. Thank you for this opportunity.

I really like the wonderful instruction. My expectations were completely met. I can recommend this event. The Qi field is always strongly palpable. Qi promotes relaxation and flows through the body very well, allowing for good concentration on the exercise.

Qigong Introductory Seminar
Now I know how I can participate in primal Qi. I felt the Qi field very strongly. The weekend was very varied, well-balanced between theory and exercises. You complement each other wonderfully. And Qi, with her style, is so heartwarmingly motivating, respectful towards everyone, and soooo contagious :)
I learned soooo much more than I expected.
I can recommend this introduction to Qigong. It was well-founded, serious, horizon-expanding, understandable, comprehensible, grounding, motivating, and necessary in today's world. It gives everyone a valuable "medica mente" to grasp. A great team of teachers with my son!!
I would like to attend more advanced weekends or individual days. Perhaps even Level II later?? It was simply fantastic. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!!!

Participant in the Qigong Introductory Seminar
First of all, I liked the respectful, sensitive, and warm way you both interacted with each other and with us. The consistently good explanations of the individual exercises
were very helpful to me. The more we repeated them, the better I was able to concentrate on the power of the universe.
I didn't have such high expectations. That's perhaps why I found these two days so unique.
I can recommend this seminar. It helps people find themselves. Find inner peace and relaxation.
It would be nice if we could record the sequence of exercises for our private purposes and practice. Your guidance and the Qi that arose there would certainly be very supportive in my progress.

Thank you so much for joining me so quickly yesterday. At first, I was rather skeptical about the online lessons. But it's incredible how strongly the Qi field can be felt. When I open myself up to it, tune in, and simply follow the voice of Qi, I'm surrounded by this wonderful Qi field. Qi does this wonderfully. Thank you.

About the seminar with Wei Qi Feng in October 2019
I liked the way the teaching was done, the great build-up of Qi in the room, and the students' involvement in the class. I didn't have any specific expectations, but I was able to take away a lot of potential for further development in my everyday life.

October 2019 Qigong Seminar
I still enjoy Master Wei and his teaching style. The spiritual aspect of this seminar particularly appealed to me. Since the seminar lasted a week, we were able to truly immerse ourselves in Qigong and practice the Mingjue state frequently.
I was able to gain important insights from Master Wei's teachings and now try to incorporate and implement them in my daily life.
The group size, the group structure, and the length of the seminar were very good, and the room was excellent, truly cozy. My expectations were fully met.

Seminar Oct 2019
I learned new exercises and deepened my understanding of existing ones. My physical discomfort almost disappeared after the seminar. I also experienced a deeper dimension of the Zhineng state, a state of self-awareness.
Master Wei Qi Feng was a competent teacher who radiated what he taught: inward orientation and connection with the whole.
Thank you, Stefan, for the careful translation.
I felt comfortable in the group. I was glad it wasn't larger.

About the seminar with Wei Qi Feng in October 2019
After many years of practicing Qigong (a different system), this seminar allowed me to experience a new dimension of Qigong that will change my life, or rather, has already changed it this week. My expectations were more than exceeded.
I can recommend this seminar for several reasons:
1. The instructor, Master Wei, is an outstanding teacher and person.
2. The content was excellently translated into German by Stephan and Qi.
3. Both beginners and advanced practitioners benefited.
4. The seminar was well organized and took place in a very pleasant atmosphere (space, scheduling, breaks, etc.).
5. The length of the seminar (7 days) provided very intensive experiences and insights.
Suggestion for improvement: Name tags for participants, especially if there is the option of not attending the entire session. Please reconsider whether it really makes sense for participants to attend only one day. I would find it helpful to point out flexible seating in the seminar; "regular seats" contradict, among other things, the idea of letting go.
Finally, I would like to thank you very much for the dedicated and loving organization and implementation of this seminar and your commitment to spreading Zhineng Qigong in the Western world.

My experience with the Qigong introduction: A new approach to Qigong, new access to previously unconscious energies. A very good introduction (theoretical and practical) to the subject. A good framework, a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Generous permission to record a session. Teaching materials. The instructor's excellent expertise. I can wholeheartedly recommend this introduction.

Qigong Introduction Experience: Clear instructions, intense feeling of the Qi. My expectations were fully met: a good mix of theory and practice (almost a bit too much theory for me, as I already know Qigong well). I can recommend the seminar; it's particularly appealing for beginners with no previous experience. One suggestion for improvement would be to separate the theory and practice sections more clearly and to move the chairs to the side for the practice sessions so they don't get in the way.

Feedback on the Qigong introduction: I liked the mix of theory and practice – I practiced what I heard straight away, followed by feedback. I hoped to learn specific, small exercises that could be integrated into everyday life. This expectation was fulfilled. I can recommend this introduction because it is possible for anyone to follow it without prior knowledge and to gain something from it. A bit of structure would be helpful, especially providing a brief chronological overview of the seminar content at the beginning. I would like to thank you for your commitment and for Qi's noticeable dedication to motivating the participants.

You, Qi, have a calm and convincing presence.

Feedback on the Qigong introductory seminar: I really enjoyed the combination of theory and practice. Everything was demonstrated and explained in a very understandable way. I didn't have any specific expectations. However, I am very satisfied and found that I learned a lot of valuable information. I'm sure it will help me a lot with my practice. I would like to have more opportunities to continue training, but I understand that this isn't possible at the moment.

Two days ago, I attended the one-day course "Tai Chi and Traditional Chinese Medicine – Health Maintenance" taught by Headmaster Wang Qi. Originally, I just wanted to reunite with my fellow practitioners who had traveled to Jiangnan this year to learn. But after the class, during just a few minutes of Push Hands practice with Teacher Yang, I was amazed at the path I would be taking in acupuncture on my future medical journey.
Since it was my first Push Hands experience, Teacher Yang remained silent during the instruction, leaving me feeling uncertain. I asked, "Teacher Yang, am I doing this correctly?" He replied, "Yes, exactly."
I had always avoided Push Hands, thinking I would never master it. But my curiosity remained. To my surprise, my first experience with Push Hands was incredibly light, subtle, and effortless—like a gentle spring breeze brushing my face. Time seemed to stand still, and in that fleeting moment, I felt the primal energy flowing through my arms and witnessed the ongoing transformation of life and nature within them.
It may sound exaggerated, but words can't truly describe this experience!
Yesterday, while doing acupuncture at work, I still felt the sensation of Push Hands in my hands. As I inserted the needles, it felt like I was following an intuitive flow—"Move as intended, forget as needed; press as if a mosquito lands, hold as if it lingers and returns." It was as if the needles and the patients were practicing Push Hands, and with each movement, their discomfort subsided, and they entered a state of calm and joy.
Last night, it felt like I was still practicing Push Hands—I barely slept. Now, at 6:00 a.m., I still feel immersed in it.
Don't ask me where I come from—I do Push Hands.
Don't ask me where I'm going—I do Push Hands.
Don't tell me what day it is—I do Push Hands.
Written by Lin Ling early in the morning of Ji Hai year, Ji Si month, Yi Chou day.
With deepest respect to all who practice and spread the art of Push Hands!

Tai Chi Class – Learning and Practice Experience
In the golden autumn of October, under clear skies, our group of five traveled from Switzerland to Meizhou, Guangdong, like faithful followers, to study with Master Yang. We wanted to experience the profound wisdom of our ancestors and discover the treasures in Master Yang's teachings. The time flew by, and the rewards were immense.
The first week of the class was dedicated to fasting. With little understanding of its meaning and effects, I had some concerns—I already felt thin and frail and doubted whether I could go hungry for days. However, after sharing with Teacher Guo her 105-day fasting experience, I gained insight and decided to challenge myself. During this time, the teacher adjusted our energy levels daily, and we enjoyed the "Dragon and Tiger Festival." This allowed me to truly experience fasting as a way to rejuvenate the body, eliminate internal toxins, improve digestion, and enhance overall health. It felt like an internal overhaul, cleansing and reorganizing every part of my body. I realized that consciousness has the power to guide my life, reducing my dependence on physical nourishment while strengthening my spirit. After seven days, my digestion felt significantly improved, previously blocked meridians began to open, and my overall health noticeably improved.
A month of learning and practicing felt like opening a great door to the deep-rooted history and profound mysteries of Tai Chi. Whether through the teacher's patient guidance or the rich content of the materials, every word carried wisdom and left a lasting impression. Even after deep understanding and repeated practice, many mysteries remained—such as the concept of the "Yi Yuan Body," which governs the third layer of matter (Hun Yuan Qi). Understanding the relationship between humans and nature, integrating with the universe, using intention to guide the body, cultivating righteousness to generate positive energy and actions, and applying Tai Chi techniques to restore natural bodily functions—all of these contribute to unlocking human potential. Ultimately, mastering the mind to guide the body transforms natural instincts into conscious wisdom. This is a sacred and profound mission—a great enrichment.
The next step is to internalize the acquired knowledge. The teacher's instructions seemed simple, yet they contained infinite depth and unpredictability, requiring dedicated study, understanding, and practice. I currently practice walking the Bagua steps daily and feel an indescribable wonder that captivates me. At first, the sensations were subtle, but as I deepened my practice, I noticed changes in my body and mind. Walking brought a unique sense of joy and well-being, and after a while, warmth spread through my waist and back. This was just one aspect—other techniques such as the Thirteen Poses, Cloud Hands, the Tai Chi Ruler, the Tai Chi Stick, and various other methods achieved unprecedented results. Practicing Tai Chi has now become a wonderful part of my daily life.
I sincerely thank Master Yang for opening the way for me to understand human life, consciousness, and self-knowledge. I truly felt the boundless charm of Tai Chi. I look forward to returning to Meizhou!

Xue-Wei (Tuesday, May 14, 2019, 2:20 PM)
I've heard a lot of positive things about fasting, and with great curiosity, I decided to take part in Qi's fasting course from April 13-19. The reason I'm doing this with Qi is because I'm very confident in her expertise. This was my first time fasting in my life, and it wasn't easy for me at first because I love eating and cooking. Luckily, I fasted in a group. Otherwise, I would never have made it.
I had circulatory problems for the first three days, but by the fourth and fifth days, that familiar high kicked in, and I felt amazing. On the sixth day, I felt weak again. But on the seventh day (the last day), I felt very fit, energetic, and no longer hungry. I gained distance from my previous thought patterns and increasingly perceived the world differently. I really enjoyed this state. What I really liked about the course was the varied Qigong exercises and meditation throughout the days. The course allows you to fast and also draw Qi/energy into your body. I now occasionally do the fasting Qigong exercise in my daily life instead of, for example, eating lunch. It's really good for my body. I'll definitely fast again! Thank you, Qi, for this unforgettable experience!
PS: I lost about 3.5 kg in total. But weight loss is just a windfall effect!

February 2018 – Effortlessly mastered and seamlessly integrated. I personally tested his Push Hands skills, and his technique was exquisite and absolutely impressed me. His explanations of Push Hands surpassed even Chen Xiaowang's. He conveyed profound and complex techniques with just a few words and movements, making everything crystal clear—like a sudden epiphany. Absolutely outstanding!

Here is the English translation of your text:
"Yang Yunzhong's Tai Chi Push-Hand Techniques and Basic Principles (Partial):
- Single Push-Hand: Two people step forward with one foot and stand facing each other, with their center of gravity between both feet. Each person extends their right forearm and touches the outside of the forearm near the wrist. When the opponent exerts slight pressure on my arm, I shift my center of gravity backward, supporting my right arm. At the same time, I slightly lower my center of gravity, raise my right elbow slightly, and lower my right wrist in a circular motion, keeping my shoulders relaxed and my waist loose. I then rotate my waist to the right, shift my center of gravity backward, and raise my right wrist to direct the opponent's right arm outward and upward. Finally, I move forward and press my right wrist against the same part of the opponent's arm.
- Important point: Unlike conventional single-hand movements, Unlike push-hands, which are performed on a horizontal plane, this technique is performed on a sagittal plane (a vertical plane in the forward-backward direction). The push-hand contact is made through the front of the forearm and wrist instead of the joint carpus.
- Double Push-Hand: The basic method and principles are the same as the single push-hand, but with one additional step: My left palm supports the tip of my opponent's right elbow. Both arms move primarily horizontally, following the same principles of a relaxed waist, knees, and shoulders.
- Partner Exercise A: Both partners stand side by side, and I position myself on the left. Arms are relaxed downward, and I touch the outside of my right forearm to the adjacent left forearm of my opponent. I lower my forearm, then rotate it inward and push up and out to raise the opponent's left arm. Finally, I use my body to propel my hand and push the opponent backward and outward, causing them to lose their balance.
- Basic principle: Use the body to propel the hand.
- Partner Exercise B: Both partners face each other. The opponent grabs my right middle finger with his right palm. I relax my shoulders and lower my waist to get closer to my opponent. First, I push. I bring my right hand up toward the palm, then raise my elbow and rotate my hand. As soon as the grip loosens, I take the opportunity to grab the right fingers and rotate them into a controlling grip.
- Partner Exercise C: Both partners face each other. The opponent grabs my right palm with both hands (my palm facing me). I lower my body, first pulling my right palm down, and then pushing it up. Following the momentum, I rotate my hand and grab one of his fingers, which I rotate into a controlling grip.
- Partner Exercise D: Both partners stand in a bow stance. The opponent bends forward and wraps both arms around my hand. Front leg. I bend forward and use one hand to push their tailbone slightly toward their head and neck, causing them to lose balance and fall.
- Partner Exercise E: Both partners stand facing each other, arms relaxed and pointing downwards. I grasp the outside of my opponent's upper arms with the insides of both forearms. Then, I rotate my arms outward, first pinching the skin and then pulling on the outer ligaments of their lower limbs, causing them to lose balance.
- Push Hand Principles:
- a. Push Hand is about occupying the opponent's space and forcing them out.
- b. Push Hand begins by pressing the opponent's skin in close quarters, which can also affect distant areas. For example, if I place my palm or forearm on the opponent's back and rotate upwards, their heels may lift, causing them to lose balance.
- c. Shifting the center of gravity up and down can increase limb strength. To strengthen the upper arm during a lift, I can bend and drop my knees, using the downward force of my legs to increase upper arm strength. Conversely, I can straighten my knees from a bent position to press down powerfully with both arms.
- d. Advancing to counter a hold: If the opponent tries to grab me, I should not retreat but advance to counter.
- e. Dissipating power when pushing: If I feel the opponent pushing forward with force, I can follow their momentum and redirect it.
- f. Holding position when the opponent is passive: If the opponent does not exert force, should not push forward recklessly, but instead maintain my stance.

Jörg, feedback on the Chan Meditation seminar (Wednesday, 06 March 2019 17:18)
Your course was/is very inspiring for me. In addition to the theoretical aspects, I also enjoyed the various exercises you showed us and had us do.
Your discussions open up new perspectives on connections that I have experienced or am still experiencing. I find that very enriching. The language of it (or perhaps more accurately, about it?) made connections appear to me in a new light. I found that very good. There's something sobering yet very enlightening about it. It gives me new, different words to describe things I already know, opening them up to me in a new way. That's refreshing and enriching.
I also liked your enthusiasm for this topic. So you've given me a great gift. Thank you very much!

Comment on the Tai Chi seminar in September 2018:
I think this seminar is fantastic. What Master Yang taught is much more than regular Tai Chi exercises. We not only learned the essence of Tai Chi practice and philosophy, but also its integration with Qigong, Chinese medicine, and the wisdom of Eastern philosophy. Master Yang also shared many life lessons with us. I really enjoyed attending this workshop.
It was more than I expected.
I have recommended this workshop to my parents and good friends. I think it can really contribute to their quality of life.
Perhaps next time, the picture for acupuncture points and meridians can be printed in advance with Pinyin.

Feedback on the Qigong Teacher Training
Lydia Graf, a Qigong teacher (who successfully completed her training at another Qigong academy), attended five core modules of the Zhineng Qigong Teacher Training as further training. Here is her feedback:
What makes your training so valuable is the exploration of Qi and its aspects/levels/essence (excellently covered in the modules). I really like how simple the individual exercises are. This allows me to focus specifically on the flow of Qi, the body, the connection, and the underlying alert mind.
The Zhineng Qigong training is well structured. I think the structure of the modules is brilliant: Body – Qi – Awareness of the Mind – Mindfulness. I particularly like that you offer coaching, assessments, midterm exams, and group lessons to support and advance the process. The group lessons are very valuable because you learn to stand in front of people and lead with ease. It also motivates you to practice yourself and fill in any gaps.
It makes sense that you require a report. This allows the trainees to reflect on their own progress, which is very helpful. I also think the encouragement to incorporate Qi Gong into their everyday life is great. I also think it's great that they expect to practice for an hour every day. After six months of practice, my flexibility has become noticeably softer, and the Qi is flowing even better.
Experiencing with other teachers is very beneficial because each teacher brings their own unique characteristics. This way, the participants experience the different teaching models and can apply them to their own teaching activities and develop a personal style that suits them. I experience this myself. It's interesting for me to experience a different type of Qi Gong with you than in my training. It puts many things into perspective and gives me insights into other aspects.

Teacher Wei guides us with great mindfulness into inner peace and presence on various levels. His intimate connection is transferred to me, to us, and I can understand and experience it myself with body and mind.
My expectations were more than met. There were always surprising moments. My experiences were expanded by the aspects Teacher Wei introduced, and new connections became possible.
I was pleased that I received the materials to print out before the seminar. The presentations (PPT) allowed me to gain deeper insight. It was beneficial that we did the exercises from Modules I and II together on the first day. The structure of the seminar was really well thought out, and we were introduced step by step. The instructions are so clear that I can then practice the "form" myself. It is also helpful that we have a recording with instructions. I keep hearing different aspects that I hadn't noticed in the seminar yet. It is so wonderfully rich!
I can recommend the seminar, and I have already done so. The tenderness of "coming to yourself" and the connection have a very special quality. The exercises are very healing if you do them daily! They are simple and effective. Anyone can do them.
I wish the Chinese expressions were translated, as there were so many, and I couldn't always understand what was meant. I realized that my idea of questions from participants during the presentation and the "Chinese" approach don't match. My approach is: Participants who ask questions think along, and the teacher knows where the listeners are at and can better engage them. The "Chinese approach" is more like: The teacher has the knowledge and shouldn't be disturbed. Nevertheless, many questions were answered.
I had a huge wow experience in Module II with the light healing, and I would be happy if something along these lines were incorporated into Module IV.

Many thanks to everyone for the wonderful, impressive intensive seminar with Master Wei. Master Wei consistently succeeded in building a very strong Qi field. This allowed participants to immerse themselves in the exercises, and concentration hardly faltered. For me, experiencing consciousness was a powerful experience. The conclusion of the seminar is very simple: We are consciousness. I am highly motivated to continue practicing Qigong with joy and am already looking forward to the next seminar.

Feedback on the meditation day:
I found it very impressive how strongly the framework created by Qi and the group environment influenced my ability to be mindful. I found the path to inner and outer stillness easier, more focused, and more efficient. And more sustainable, too. Both during the seminar and afterwards. I really enjoyed the experience of recovering from a multifaceted state of exhaustion in a single day. This comprehensive quality of "coming to energy" seems almost impossible to rationally comprehend, but experientially, it definitely feels like a physical, emotional, and spiritual cleansing and refreshment. Due to a lot of work and many outstanding issues, I doubted whether I had signed up for a "full day" - now I know I got exactly what I didn't know I needed.
I would definitely recommend the meditation day. It not only helps you achieve deep relaxation in the moment, but it has a lasting effect and also teaches concrete techniques for independent and ongoing practice. If someone finds a fit with Qi Gong within themselves, it is an opportunity for comprehensive, sustainable access to an improved quality of life, health and personal development.

Feedback on the Meditation Day
The experience was truly wonderful. I am deeply grateful to Teacher Qiqi for guiding the practice—her presence was serene, clear, and powerful. During the movement exercises, I felt at ease for the first time, even though this feeling didn't last long.
Especially with the music, I felt like I was dancing gracefully, and at times I felt like different animals—sometimes flying, sometimes crawling. At the moment, I prefer the feeling of crawling on all fours on the ground; otherwise, I don't feel fully grounded.
There was also a moment when I felt like a noble figure walking between heaven and earth and, for the first time, experienced the feeling of standing upright from within—it was incredibly refreshing. After walking, I seemed to turn more toward the joy of dancing.
The energy field was exceptionally strong. When Teacher Qiqi mentioned that every cell in our body is like a little smiling face, I suddenly felt all my cells laughing out loud, and I couldn't help but laugh along.
During the two-day meditation, I had moments when I felt at home and was even moved to tears. Before the class, the teacher explained the state of enlightenment—free from distinctions, pure and clear, filled with universal love. She also shared several fascinating stories, including the one about the Sixth Patriarch of Zen, which were vivid and captivating.
The concluding group discussion allowed me to learn a great deal and gain a deeper understanding of everyone. The entire energy field felt transparent and harmonious.

About Online Full Moon Qigong: Qi guided it pleasantly. I was extraordinarily relaxed, and it did me good. I experienced a stronger Qi. I highly recommend it. Qi guides it in a very personable and enjoyable way. People like me, who often practice alone, can benefit from the Qi field. I really enjoyed the Full Moon Qigong. It was a very strong Qi field, and the class went by incredibly quickly. Qi Wang leads powerfully and with a lot of heart and love. Overall, it did me a lot of good; my shoulders and my entire body felt light as a feather the next day, and I felt completely at ease.
I would definitely recommend the Full Moon Qigong. It's a great opportunity to practice in a strong Qi field together with experienced teachers and all Zhineng Qigong practitioners. Month after month, we connect more deeply and grow closer together, which gives me a lot of strength and joy. On this day, we can also powerfully transmit good wishes into the Qi field and ask for healing. For me personally, this is a recharge on all levels.

The time and duration are ideal for me, a harmonious end to the day. After a certain amount of time (was it an hour?), being able to unplug during a short break or continue participating afterwards – I think that's a great option.

I found the weekly online Qigong classes very helpful. It's difficult to develop a habit on your own, but regular group practice makes life much easier. Plus, the Qi field is much stronger, and we can get direct feedback from the teacher and share experiences. I've been participating in online Qigong several times a week for about six weeks now. During this time, my basic energy has increased significantly, as has my trust in my body, despite my weakness. I also try to focus on the positive in everyday life and practice an inner smile :)
At times, everything was very difficult for me, and I wasn't feeling well. Stephan told me to keep practicing anyway, which I did.
The exercises yesterday really did me a lot of good. For the first time, I was able to open myself to the Qi in my lower Tantien. Then I fell asleep deeply and didn't notice anything else, and I slept very well through the night, like I haven't in a long time.

Last night's online lesson was simply outstanding! Wonderful! It went by far too quickly! The instructions were very precise, and the relaxation exercises had an extremely deep impact. I appreciate that we can always ask questions before and after the lessons, receive competent answers, and that Qi and Stefan personally address our concerns whenever possible and offer their support. Thank you so much!

I would like to recommend the retreat. Practicing together without any words from the participants allows you to delve deep into yourself and experience Qi.
Thank you, Qi, for the pleasant guidance.

I particularly like the gentle movements, which relax the body, almost as if it were asleep, yet at the same time remain very alert and pleasantly moving.
My body has become much more flexible through daily practice of Zhineng Qigong, and I've been able to build new muscles and lose some fat in other areas. I now stand and walk more upright in everyday life. It was an important experience for me right from the start to give myself energy and to continue practicing gently even when I was in pain. As a result, my muscle tension and neck pain subsided. Through this, and the optimistic inner attitude that Zhineng Qigong conveys, I'm now able to focus more on the positive aspects of life, something that had sometimes been difficult for me recently. For this, I would like to thank Dr. Qi Wang, Stephan, Master Wei Qifeng, and Master Yuantong Liu.

Although I haven't been practicing Qigong for long, I've slowly fallen in love with it over time. After practicing, I feel the permeability, transparency, and vitality in my body, as well as the peace and balance in my soul. Qi and Stefan are wonderful people and instructors. The multi-day courses by Master Wei and Master Liu from China have also inspired me every time.
I think it's great that Duden, the most well-known German-language dictionary, has included the word "Qigong" in its dictionary.

I would like to thank Qi and Stephan for creating such a wonderful community and a strong Qi field. Practicing together and building a Qi field makes Qigong practice much easier and the effects much stronger. Thank you very much!

Zhineng Qigong isn't just physical exercise and a healthy body. It also nourishes the mind and spirit. I feel more energetic, focused, confident, and happier. I used to get caught up in negative emotions and it often took a long time to get out of them. Now, although I still get emotional from time to time, I no longer feel trapped by emotions. Emotions are simply a form of energy. When I let them flow, they become positive. Zhineng Qigong is truly a positive way of life. The more I learn about it, the more I love it. There's so much to learn about it. It's worth pursuing for a lifetime. And the most important thing is to start the exercises now and stick with it. When I know I've done my exercises today, I believe I can make myself happy. :)
