For digital content (e.g., learning videos) that is made available immediately, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of use, provided the customer has expressly agreed to this provision during the booking process.
For online or in-person seminars, we voluntarily grant a right of withdrawal of 14 days, provided the event has not yet begun.
Cancellations of in-person seminars are possible up to 30 days before the start of the event for a processing fee of CHF 30.
For cancellations from the 29th day up to 7 days before the start of the course, the cancellation fee is 50% of the course fee.
For later cancellations or no-shows, the full course fee is due.
A replacement participant can be named after consultation.
